Manual Application Process
- Download Application Form
- Print and Fill in the form
- Pay Application Fee
- Scan the completed form and Bank Slip.
- Attach all your certificates separately (Form 4 or Form 6 Certificate, Birth Certificate, NTA Level 6 Certificate if any )
- Email them to : admission@donboscottcdom.ac.tz
- Wait for confirmation from Admission Office
