Privacy policy

This policy explains what information the Don Bosco Technical Training College (DBTTC) website collects and how we use it.

Messages you send us

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if given) and message, plus the internet address it was sent from (to protect the form from spam). We use them only to reply to you and keep them in our admin system for our records. We never sell or share them for marketing.

Applications and results

Online applications and results are handled by separate college systems (the online admission system and the online results system), which have their own sign-in. This website only links to them.

Visitor statistics

We count visits to understand which pages are useful. We do this without cookies and without third-party trackers: visitors are counted using an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot identify you. We do not record your IP address with page views.

Cookies

The public website does not set cookies. Staff who sign in to manage the site receive one secure session cookie.
